CricRise provides AI-assisted cricket batting shot analysis from user uploaded video, including technique scores, coaching feedback, and optional coach/parent sharing features. Features may change as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Coach and admin roles are granted only to authorised emails/accounts.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or compromise security.

You retain rights to videos and materials you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content solely to provide analysis and related features (including coach portals and share links you or your coach create).

You agree not to upload content that:

• You do not have rights to use
• Is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' privacy
• Contains malware or attempts to disrupt the service

Coaches who add junior player profiles must have appropriate guardian/parental consent to store and analyse that player's data. Share links should be shared only with intended recipients. Analysis output is informational coaching support — not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You may not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the APIs; attempt to access others' accounts or data; or use the service for any purpose other than personal/coaching cricket analysis as intended.

The service is provided "as is." Scores and comparisons are estimates based on computer vision models and may contain errors. Availability depends on hosting providers and may be interrupted for maintenance or outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AthleteRise / CricRise and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on analysis scores or coaching suggestions.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
